• Order Cancellation: Can be done within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• Refunds: Available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Request must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof.

• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Used, opened, or sale items cannot be returned.

• No Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns for items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons like:

    • Change of mind or personal preference.

    • Wrong size selection by the customer.

    • Minor color differences due to screen resolution variations.

    • Delayed deliveries caused by external shipping factors.

• Refund Process: Contact support with order details & images. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

• Return Shipping: We cover shipping for damaged/incorrect items; otherwise, the customer bears the cost.
